WestConnex, Rozelle Interchange

Project Overview

Rozelle Interchange is part of WestConnex, Australia’s largest road project. The Rozelle Interchange is a new underground motorway interchange that provides connectivity to the M4-M5 Link Tunnels and the City West Link, and an underground bypass of Victoria Road between Iron Cove Bridge and Anzac Bridge. The Rozelle Interchange also provides a connection to the future Western Harbour Tunnel.

The interchange in Rozelle will be mostly underground and tunnelling will be conducted from the old Rozelle Rail Yards site. It will deliver new active transport options in Rozelle and transform the disused site into up to 10 hectares of open space.

Project Scope

Rocktown is engaged across multiple contracts on The Rozelle Interchange Project. We are engaged by both the Civil construction and Tunnelling teams. Over the past 3 years Rocktown’s Scope has covered a wide variety of FRP elements which included:
